Maui Mango Hut

Full Branding | Maui Mango Hut is a company that specializes in property rental and management on the beautiful island of Maui, Hawaii.

The Goal

I provided a full branding package for Maui Mango Hut. The goal was to make the branding modern, eye catching, and professional with a touch of island flair. Through back and forth communication, we were able to use and communicate their key philosophies through strategic design and style choices. The key for this project was maintaining a professional aesthetic while adding island flair, as well as making it different from the rest of the competition and memorable.

Details

There is a lot of meaning in the branding for Maui Mango Hut. The submark is a mango with a "hut" shaped keyhole- a direct nod to what the company does. We wanted this to be completely different from the competition, which often uses a generic house shape. Staying true to the name and the island theme, I created a custom hut silhouette, complete with a thatched roof.
